What happens to it
We read it and look at what it points at. If it breaks the content policy, it comes down. You get a reference on the next screen and an email saying we have it; the decision, with the reason, comes by email to the address you give. What we keep of what you send is on the privacy page.
If your image was removed
The email telling you so carries a link to the appeal page, which is the quickest route; this form reaches the same person. An automated decision is not final, and for artistic nudity in particular a person can overturn it and put the picture back. The payment is not refunded either way.
